Jimmy Canter Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmy Canter (Henderson, Kentucky), who passed away on July 23, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lowell Canter and Estelle Canter (Wheeler); and his siblings, Gerald Canter and Norma Sue Douglas. He is survived by : his wife Lois; his children, Brian Keith Canter (Janet), Tami Canter-Powell (Darrell Powell), Laura Grissom (Randy Grissom) and John Matthew Canter (Tina); his grandchildren, Michael Keith Canter, Alanah Canter, Joshua Keith Canter, Kalli Michie (Ty), Brandon Canter (Cassandra), Ashlea Crawford (Brandon) and Mycah Powell; his great grandchildren, Zamya Canter, Zayden Canter, Malcolm Stone and Kaydn Crawford; his brother Ben Canter (Pat); and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Collins and Judy Wartenbe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as lifelong friends.
