She is survived by : her husband Charles Cummings; her son Glenn Jeremiah Eden of Henderson Kentucky; her stepdaughter Samantha Cummings of Henderson Kentucky; her grandsons, Jonathon Britt of Virginia and Kenneth Eden of Virginia; her stepgrandsons, John Michael Cummings (Elizabeth) of Owensboro Kentucky and Bradley Cummings (Jessica) of Reed Kentucky; her nieces and nephews, Angela Hallmark Stone (Robert) of Spottsville Kentucky, Brooke Hallmark of Henderson Kentucky, Mark Hallmark (Gretchen) of Henderson Kentucky and Daniel Middleton (Michael Remeika) of Georgia; her great-nephews, Bradley Greenwell (Tabby) of Spottsville Kentucky and Zane "Chicken Leg" Hawkins of Louisville Kentucky; and her great-niece Lacey Holly (Anthony) of Evansville Indiana.
