She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Matthews and Suzanne Matthews; and her husband Kenneth D. Caldwell. She is survived by: her children, Megan Durham (Austin) of Henderson, KY and Robert Caldwell (Amy) of Central City, KY; her grandsons, Austin Caldwell, Caden Byars, Jace Caldwell, Tyler Durham and Nolan Durham; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Caldwell and Avery Caldwell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
