It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Payne of Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ray Payne to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his mother Joyce Neel Payne; and his sister Sandy Nobles. He is survived by : his wife Libby; his children, Taylor Payne and Lindsay Payne Phillips (Chad); his father Robert Payne; his granddaughters, Allison and June Phillips; and his nephew David Nobles (Shelley). He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.

Expressions of sympathy, if desired, may take the form of donations to Ray's favorite charities: Humane Society of Henderson County, Henderson County Diabetes Coalition, or American Cancer Society.
