Kurtz of Henderson, KY; his children, Daphne Michelle James, Lee Ann Vowels of Evansville, IN, Tara Nicole Wright of Henderson, KY and Daniel Lee Vowels (Jamie) of Dale, IN; and his sisters, Martha Sue Glenn of Henderson, KY and Marilyn Diane Kurtz. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
