It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Wayne Skaggs (Henderson, Kentucky), who passed away on November 20, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Alvin and Joy Lou Skaggs (Parrish). He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Hall of Louisville, KY; his brother Keith Skaggs (Kathy) of Henderson; and his nephew Michael Melendez. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to Henderson County Humane Society.
