He is survived by : his mother Bonnie Unfried Murphy of Eddyville, KY; his children, Preston Murphy (Brendon) of Herndon, KY and Mae Murphy of Florida; his girlfriend Lisa Thomas of Hopkinsville; his siblings, Johnny Murphy of Oregon and Rosie Thomas (Troy) of Cadiz, KY; and his grandchildren, Ada Murphy, Briar Thomas, Elizabeth Sanderson, Beau Dixon, Kensie Dixon and Sadie Dixon.
