She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe H. Readenour and Annie Elizabeth Markle Readenour; her husband Charles A. Kemp; and her siblings, Maggie Elizabeth Readenour, Joe Wesley Readenour and Sam Readenour.

She is survived by : her children, Lisa Sims (Toppie) of Hickman, KY and Charles Steven Kemp of Hickman, KY; and her granddaughters, Susan Alexander of Arkansas, Sheree Moore of South Fulton, TN and Lisa Marie Kemp of Union City, TN. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
