It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Brown (Highway, Kentucky), who passed away on September 20, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Buddy Brown; her children, William A. Stewart "Butchie", Cheryl Wendler "Turtle" (Gene) and Dennis Noratel; her grandchildren, Amber Noratel, Amy Rasnake and Ashley Noratel; her great grandchildren, Lilyana, Ashton, James, Destiny and April; and her niece Donna Garland.
