He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Martin of New Haven; his children, Stephanie Adkins (Paul Hawk) of Bloomfield, Jerri Melissa Tinnell of Bardstown and Richard Michael Whitney Tinnell of Bardstown; his siblings, Rikki Johnson of Elizabethtown, Jessica Shay (Gary) of Boston, Joetta Tinnell of Boston, Amanda Tinnell of Nelsonville, Georgia Miller (Andrew) of Hodgenville, Dorothy "Dottie" Hutchins of Indiana and Richard Hutchins of Gravel Switch; and the mother of his children Theresa Karr Tinnell of Bloomfield. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 nieces and nephews, 13 great nieces and great nephews.
