For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Dulin Gilliland and Ethel Gilliland (McCargo). He is survived by: his wife Patsy Gilliland of Hopkinsville, KY; his children, Valerie Martin (Gary) of Hopkinsville, KY and John Gilliland (Nancy) of Hopkinsville, KY; his stepsons, Randy Strom (Trina) of Flagstaff, AZ and Dennis Strom (Kelly) of Dunbar, WV; and his grandchildren, Joshua Martin, Jeremy Martin, Sara Fay and Emily Smith. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lamb Funeral Home (3911 Lafayette Rd, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
