She was predeceased by : her parents, Rev. Herbert A. Larkins and Ivy Cushenberry Larkins; her husband Lenis Larkins; and her siblings, Verna Larkins Frazier, Jewel Larkins, Amos Larkins, Allen Larkins and Paul Larkins. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gamble Funeral Home (1311 Liberty St, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
