He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse James Bush and Estell Saxon Bush; and his wife Linda Bush. He is survived by: his children, James Bush, Teresa Cathcart and Cathy Cravens. He is also survived by his sister, Bertha Baker, Alabama; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
