He is survived by : his wife Sara; his children, Jessica Caudill (Josh Caudill), Jacqueline Shepherd (Jackie), James (Caitlin Shepherd) and Benjamin Collins (Alaina Collins); his grandchildren, Mina Shepherd and Theo Collins; and his siblings, Virginia Shepherd Bryant and John Shepherd.
