She is survived by: her husband Alan Sadler of Hopkinsville, KY; her sons, Bryan Sadler (April Huycke) of Clarksville, TN and Steven Sadler of San Diego, CA; her brothers, Glen Lowenthal of Hopkinsville, KY and Lee Lowenthal of Fort Lauderdale, FL; her grandchildren, Lucus Alan Sadler and Emma Rose Sadler; and her stepgrandchildren, Taylon Huycke and Tristen Huycke.
