She was predeceased by : her parents, George Harrison Mackey and Genivie "Jennie B" Bell; and her sister Barbara Jean Green. She is survived by : her children, Emmanuel Bell of Madisonville, Carmon Bell McDaniel of Clarksville and Carlina Temple of Clarksville; her siblings, William Bides of Madisonville, Benjamin Isabell of Madisonville and Sharon Russell (Lewis) of Clarksville; her grandchildren, Kya Bell of Clarksville, Kamryn Bell of Clarksville and Jaidyn Williams of Clarksville; and her great grandchild Kaylanni Bell of Clarksville. She is also survived by two aunts and two uncles; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Temple of Praise (299 Aubry Prow Ln, Madisonville, KY 42431). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at the Oakwood Cemetery.
