She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bates Payne Sr. and Dorothy Louise Beard Payne; and her husband Randy Ray Congdon. She is survived by: her sons, Shane Congdon (Carrie) of Spring Hill, TN and Kyle Congdon (Heather) of Henderson, KY; her siblings, Henry Bates Butch, Payne, Jr. (Brenda) of Pembroke, KY and Betty Banton of Louisville, KY; and her grandsons, Ethan Grace, Caleb Congdon, Conner Congdon and Landon Congdon.
