She is survived by: her husband Mickey Fowler; her children, Tyler Fowler (Christina) of New Smyrna Beach, Florida and Whitney Hoffmeister (Phillip) of Lebanon, Tennessee; her sisters, Lynn Askew (Logan) of Trenton and Anita Broaddus (Clay) of Tampa, Florida; and her grandchildren, Piper and Graham Fowler.
