She is survived by: her parent Viola Cotton White; her children, Judy West Coley (Jerry) of Hopkinsville, KY, Paul West, Jr. (Georgia) of Naples, FL, David Lee West (Linda) of Cerulean, KY, Deborah Blair of Hopkinsville, KY, Tammy Glick (Jon) of Elizabethtown, KY and Jerry Moore (Annette) of Bowling Green, KY; and her sister Flossie Hampton of Hopkinsville, KY. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
