He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Jefferson Mack; his children, Timmie Mack (Evada), Howard Mack (Anissa), Maurice A. Mack (Elise), Minister Shelia Renee Payne (William), Sylvia Mack Jones and Valerie Sharber Singleton; his stepchildren, Sheila McKnight and Devin McKnight (Kelli); his siblings, Linda Mack Schaffer, Rita Mack McClain and Delmar H. Mack (Martha); and his uncle John Mack. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, and a host of Great Grandchildren.
