He was predeceased by : his parents, Allen Blair Livingston and Juanita Mae Gamble Livingston; his grandchild Macie Smith; and his brother Ralph Livingston. He is survived by : his children, Brandon Livingston of Hopkinsville, KY, Joshua Livingston of Hopkinsville, KY, Daphine Smith of Cerulean, KY and Jena Davis of Hopkinsville, KY; his brothers, Andy Livingston of Hopkinsville, KY, Phil Livingston of Hopkinsville, KY and Jeff Livingston of Hopkinsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Kallan Davis, Graham Davis, Carter Livingston, Kaelyn Livingston, Bella Livingston, Gavin Smith and Dalton Smith.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home (2504 S Virginia St, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
