He is survived by: his children, James David Ballard Jr. (Becky) of Hopkinsville, KY, Lydina Suiter (Rebel) of Hopkinsville, KY and Julie Daniel of Clarksville, TN; his grandchildren, Kayte Brooke Silvy, Koby Brewer Silvy, James Ryan Ballard, Brayden Alexander Daniel, Landen Ryan Daniel, Andruw Wesley Ballard and Bayleigh Ann Daniel; his great grandchildren, Cole Thomas Carpenter, Axel Thomas Carpenter, Knox Brewer Silvy and Karsyn Laine Silvy; and his siblings, George, Joey Ballard of Christian County, KY and Connie Owens of Nashville, TN..
