He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paul White and Lois Vernell Fuller White. He is survived by: his brothers, Bruce White of Hopkinsville, KY, Mark White of Cadiz, KY and Shane White of Clarksville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
