He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Jean Earhart; his wife Shelia Atwell of Hopkinsville; his son John Thomas Atwell, Jr.; his wife Felicia of Ocala, FL; his daughters, Jody Lynn Atwell Wyatt (Brad) of Hopkinsville, Dovie Lacine Atwell Kuzma, Jessica Mulkey, John Croft of Hopkinsville, Michelle Darling (Chris) of Hopkinsville and Asleigh Collins; and his siblings, Wayne Russell Sperry of Cadiz, KY, Rickie Atwell (Corie) of Hopkinsville, Debbie Morris (Charles) of Cadiz, KY, Tonya Atwell (James) of Toledo, OH and Sandy Puma of Ohio. He is also survived by grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
