He is survived by: his children, Johnny Wayne "Jay" Noel Jr. of Hopkinsville, KY and Tara Estes of Owensboro, KY; his siblings, Alan Wayne Noel of Hopkinsville, KY, Brenda Cameron of Hopkinsville, KY and Belinda McCain (Robert) of Hopkinsville, KY; and his grandson Zane Noel.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home (700 Country Club Ln, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery (3666 Blue Spring Rd, Cadiz, KY 42211).
