He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Rogers; his wife LaTonya Middlebrooks; his son Demearious Middlebrooks; his siblings, Demeario Middlebrooks, Justin Rogers, Jarvis Rogers, Jasmine Middlebrooks, JaQae Middlebrooks and Jakobe Dillard; his in-law Antonio McGowan (April); his aunts, Avie Middlebrooks and Sheila Middlebrooks; and his grandmother Dorothy Watkins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Means Avenue Baptist Church (143 Means Ave, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
