She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Becky Mayes of Hopkinsville, KY; her sister Wilda Mathis of Hopkinsville, KY; her grandchildren, Dr. Chris Mayes of Lancaster, KY and Angie Leek (Jeremy) of Hopkinsville, KY; and her great grandchildren, Jeremy Leek II, Jason Leek, Lily Mayes and Ally Mayes.
