She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Spurlin and Mary Northington; and her son Tracey Tomlin. She is survived by: her sister Pam Pagan-Garcia (Miguel); and her sibling's children, Tony Pagan (Javonnie), Michelle Pagan (Dustin Blankenship) and Bethany Bryant.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Street Baptist Church (812 Moayon St, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
