He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Christine Cayce of Hopkinsville; his children, Dr. Kenneth Odin Cayce IV of Columbus, Christopher Cayce of Nashville, Eric Scott White (Malia) of Austin, Texas and Lisa Kimberly Hendrickson (Richard) of Clarksville, Tennessee; his sister Caroline Smith of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; and his friend Jim Garnett of Bowling Green. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
