He is survived by: his wife Fay Sewell; his siblings, Michael Sewell (Ann) of Hopkinsville, KY, Ronnie Sewell (Debi) of Hopkinsville, KY and Paula Sewell of Hopkinsville, KY; his grandson Tony Ray Sewell; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Sewell, Talon Sewell, Isabelle Sewell and Nicholas Sewell.
