He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell Tabb and Louise Stokes Tabb Cornwell; and his sister Joyce McKinney. He is survived by: his wife Carol Tabb; his sons, Scott Tabb of Hopkinsville and Skyler Henderson of Hopkinsville; his stepsons, Michael Henderson of Hopkinsville and Nicholas Henderson (Julie) of Irvin, KY; his daughter Misty Turner (Jon) of Trenton; his siblings, Earl Tabb of Elkton, Josephine Tabb of Elkton, Mary Rager of Elkton and Evalena Sweeney (Kerry) of Clifty; his grandchildren, Jude, Emma Turner, Seth and Seleste Henderson; and his great grandchildren, Nova, Jarrett, A'Niylah and Aria Henderson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Latham Funeral Home (413 E Main St, Elkton, KY 42220). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be given to Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
