She was predeceased by: her parents, Houston Carter and Helen Carter; her former husband Bobby Bell; her husband Charlie Banton; and her grandson Matthew Parker.
She is survived by: her son Randy Bell (Judy) of Chapmansboro, TN; her stepdaughters, Jacwyn Lackey (Jack) of Hopkinsville, KY and Danna Parker (Shawn) of Cape Girardeau, MO; her siblings, Mary Anna Minton (Don) of Hopkinsville, KY, Carol Dunning of Murphysboro, IL and Don Carter of Altus, OK; her grandchildren, Logan Bell (Cassidy), Bobby Bell (Cameron), Sarah Lackey, Joe Lackey (Zena), Lindsay Parker and Lily Parker; and her great grandchild Boston Bell.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home (2504 S Virginia St, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
