She is survived by: her parent Myrtle McKillop Cook; her sons, Jamie Worley of Hopkinsville and James "Jimmy" Ward of Wellford, SC.; her grandchildren, Haley Worley of Hopkinsville and Autumn Morrison of Clarksville, TN; and her great grandchildren, Caroline Olivia Harper and Tripp Deering III.
