She is survived by: her grandchildren, Johnetta Wade (Andrew), Charmaine Ware (Michael), William Lewis (Sara), David Lewis (Monique) and Anthony Lewis (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Jarvis Ross, Derron Lett of Christine Massie, D. J, C. J. Merritt, Kashad Lewis, Aniyah Lewis, Amari Lewis and Josiah Lewis; her niece Janetta Leavell; and her goddaughter Susan Prouse. She is also survived by 8 great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
