He was predeceased by : his parents, James Givins Neal and Sally Marie Cantrell Neal; and his wife Mae Joyce Fleming Neal. He is survived by : his children, Orville Edward "Eddie" Neal, Jr. (Jennifer) of Dickson County, TN and Sandra Ryan (Harry) of Frankfort, KY. He is also survived by Four grandchildren and Five great grandchildren.
