He is survived by: his wife Lynne Hawkins Latham of Hopkinsville; his children, Philip Earl Latham, Jr. (Danielle) of Ohio and Christina Marie Latham (Greg) of Ohio; his sister Jane Springer (Louis) of Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Trinity, Grace, Earl and Emmalyn.
