He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Braxton, Sr. and Magdulene Morrison Russell; and his siblings, George Mack, Mary Agnes Braxton, Alice Wharton, Pauline Morrison, Rev. Frank Russell and Richard Braxton.
He is survived by: his siblings, Allen Russell (Vina), Rev. Larry Russell (Linda), Raymond Russell and Teresa Russell; and his stepsister Doris Ann Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
