William Blake Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2020, at the age of 79, William Blake (Hopkinsville, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Blake and Effie Whitman Blake; and his son William Timothy "Tim" Blake. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hall Blake of Hopkinsville; his daughter Tracy King (Jose) of Clarksville, TN; and his siblings, Etherd Blake (Diane) of Elkton, KY, Dan Blake (Nancy) of Hopkinsville, Rita Casey (Earl) of Lewisburg and Ann Wilson (John) of Cliffy. He is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in his honor to Blake Cemetery at 3412 Greenwood Drive Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
