She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson B. Evans and Laura Ellen Filback Evans; her husband Wavy "Duck" Hayse; her siblings, Butch Evans, Donald Evans, Mary Jo Evans and Carolyn Sue Evans; and her nephew William Evans.
She is survived by: her sister Sheila Jones; her pet Branch; her brother Bruce Evans of Beaver Dam; and her siblings' children, April (Andrew), John (Tristen), David (Sandy), Rosza (Timmy), Thomas (Autumn), Logan, Bailey (Levi), Brylie, Jacey, Hunter, Addison, Leah, Dakoda, Angel, Delmer, Jason, Tammy and Teresa.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 9:00 AM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William L. Danks Funeral Home (222 N Lafayette St, Beaver Dam, KY 42320). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
