He is survived by: his sister Barbara Oller of Louisville; and his sibling's children, Mary Batts (Dan), Phyllis Jones (Wilbur), Rayetta Embry, James Embry (Cynthia), Donna Gates, Chuck Allen (Tracy), Don Allen II and Paul Coy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the William L. Danks Funeral Home (222 N Lafayette St, Beaver Dam, KY 42320). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Renfrow Cemetery.
