He is survived by : his wife Luella Hurt of Horse Branch; his sons, Jerry Wilson Hurt (Mitoo) of Bowling Green and Michael Earle (Denise) of New Jersey; his brothers, Jerry Wayne Hurt (Bonnie) of Horse Cave and Roger Hurt (Diane) of Beaver Dam; his stepsons, JJ Stevens (Sammie) of Owensboro and Jeremy Stevens (Beth) of Hartford; and his grandchildren, Lynn Robert Hurt, Jerry A. Hurt, Abdul Hurt, Phoenix Earle, Jay Stevens, Monica Lynn Stevens, Serenity Stevens, Seth Stevens and Kelsey Stevens.
