With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Ann Poynter Atwell (Horse Cave, Kentucky), who passed away on September 7, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William H. Poynter Sr. (Buddy) and Nina Mae Fancher Poynter; and her brothers, William H. Poynter Jr. (Cowboy), Steve Poynter and Richard Poynter.

She is survived by : her husband Danny Atwell of LeGrande; her daughters, Marcie Atwell (Joey Hawks) of Horse Cave and Danyel Morrison (Todd) of Hiseville; her granddaughters, Hanah Morrison and Emma Morrison; her stepgranddaughter Tiffany Hawks; her sisters, Brenda McReynolds of Rockfield and Tammy Poynter of Savoyard; her sister-in-law Melinda Poynter of Glasgow; and her godchildren, Paisley and Kensley Smith.
