He is survived by: his wife Sandra Perkins; his daughter Kimberly Brock of Stanford, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Amber Napier, William Napier (Bethany) and Payton Brock; and his great grandchildren, Arianna Sisiliano, Ollie Napier and Elsie Napier.
