She is survived by : her parent Helen Ratliff Ford of Hyden, KY.; her children, Jeremiah Ford (Elaina Delacruz) of Eubank, KY. and Brook Ratliff of Corbin, KY.; her stepbrothers, Kenneth Ford of Pensacola, FL., Mack Ford of Pigeon Forge, TN., Richard Ford of Friendsville, TN. and Christopher Ford; her half-brother Kerns Glen Ford of Lexington, KY.; her stepsister Patricia; and her grandchildren, Hunter Thomas, Azriel Ford and Wynter Ford.
