She was predeceased by: her parents, Brett Baker and Lida Bowling Baker; her husband Everett Johnnson; her sons, Tester Johnson and Kenneth David "Bud" Johnson; and her siblings, Kenneth Baker, Beulah Sizemore, Jessie Whitehead, Eunice Griffith, Rowena Roberts, Pearlie Showwalter and Dortha Bowling.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Johnson (Phyllis) and Deborah Johnson of Hyden, KY.; her brothers, Sam Baker of Dayton, OH and James Baker (Lucille); her grandchildren, Sherry Fugate, Dwayne Johnson, Crystal Philbeck and Kenny Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Dylan, Gavin, Alexis, Jeffery, Colton, Darrin and Christopher. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives & friends.
