She is survived by: her mother Norma Sue Lewis Dixon of Wooton; her son Jared Turner of Hyden; her brother Larry "Bear" Dixon of Wooton; and her granddaughter Lilly Ann Turner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
