He is survived by : his children, Carolyn Howard Roland of Williamsburg, KY. and Lonnie Dean Howard (Patty) of Hot Springs, VA.; his daughter-in-law Gini Howard of Nancy, KY.; his grandchildren, Gretchen Tracy, Spencer, Meghan Amerson, Edward, Bret Howard and Sarah; and his great grandchildren, Sydney Tracy, Reagan Tracy, Amelia Amerson, Henry Amerson, Eliza Amerson, Isaac Amerson, Alex Amerson, Brenly Howard and Maverick Howard.

Funeral: Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 1:00 P. M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY. (MASKS ARE REQUESTED FOR ALL THOSE ATTENDING), Ministers: Greg Whitaker and Merle Caudill, Interment: Hurricane Cemetery, Hyden, KY.
