He was predeceased by : his parents, James Mannon Couch and Eva Bowling Couch; his wife Sarah Jane Sizemore Couch; his son Tex Mason Couch; his grandchildren, Gail Williams, H. C. "Shorty" Williams and Douglas Causey; his great grandchild Nicholas Couch; and his siblings, Ballard, John M., Henry, Floyd, Stueben, Walter, Bige, Joseph R., Lee, Gracie, Betty and Dorey.
He is survived by : his children, Wilkie Lee Couch (Carrie) of Hyden, KY and Wanda Gail Couch Ellis (Jeff) of Hyden, KY; his grandchildren, Elijah Causey, Roger Lee Couch, Christy, Levon Widner (Rusty), Angie Williams and Mike; and his great grandchildren, James, Alex, Christopher, Edmond, Lee, Pleas, Gabriel, Bobby, Sarah, Jessica, Morgan, Byrson and Charlee Grace. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
