He is survived by: his wife Brenda Pace Couch of Hyden; his children, Dr. Jimmy Edward Couch (Sara) of Paducah, Dr. Jonathan Darrell Couch (Ingrid) of Paducah, Alyssa Bowling of Wendover and Kimmberly Stewart (Cecil) of Manchester; his sister Lois Begley; and his grandchildren, Kade William Krimple, Jack Edward Couch, Andrew Jonathan Couch, Preston Steven Couch and Samuel Adren Couch. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews - including a nephew like a brother.
