He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Amos; and his siblings, Roger Amos, Sharon Amos and Larry Preston Amos. He is survived by: his daughters, Marsha Gail Amos (David Hoskins) of Hyden and Oma Carol Amos (Randy Caldwell) of Hyden; and his sister Carolyn Faye Hensley of Somerset.
